How we work
- We only request the access necessary for the agreed activity.
- Whenever possible, we ask for a dedicated, temporary user to be created.
- We do not ask you to share personal passwords if a separate account can be created.
- Access is used exclusively for the authorised work.
- Once the work is complete, we recommend revoking or deactivating the temporary access.
Your data is your data.
The information and access received are used exclusively to carry out the agreed activities.
When requested, or when the nature of the work makes it appropriate, activities may be governed by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
We do not use the client's information, data or credentials for purposes other than the service purchased.
Privacy & data processingBefore you buy
The hours are dedicated to implementation and operational support related to 1° su AI activities. They do not automatically include:
- a complete website rebuild
- development of new platforms or applications
- a full redesign
- purchase of plugins, software or licences
- hosting costs
- advertising activities
- third-party services
- complex custom development
- work requiring skills or infrastructure not covered by the service
If an activity incompatible with the package comes up during the work, the client is informed before we proceed.
No extra cost is incurred without the client's approval.
We only work on what you authorise.
- Before carrying out significant work, we agree on the activities to be performed.
- The client remains responsible for their own infrastructure, hosting, licences, software and third-party services.
- For work that may affect how the website functions, a preventive backup is recommended whenever technically possible.
- We cannot guarantee compatibility with every CMS, plugin, theme, infrastructure or third-party software.
- If a task presents unreasonable technical risk, we reserve the right not to carry it out and to propose an alternative.
